The forming drums for the Formatic range of machines from Deighton Manufacturing (UK) Ltd are made to the precise customer requirements.
Whether the shape be a simple single circle or rectangle or a more complex shape such as a Christmas tree or nugget the form drums are made in our factory to exacting standards. Any shape can be reproduced with the only limiting factor being the physical size available on the drum. The shape is scanned into our CAD system, the drawing created and approved by the customer and then the shape transferred to our computer aided machining facility for generation of the drum form.
