Food forming and Portioning:
The versatile Formatic food portioning and forming range is suited to a host of food processing industries covering bakery, ready meals, meat and snack food products and specialist lines have also been installed for applications such as soft cheeses and pet foods.

Coating, crumbing and frying:
The demand for a small coating, crumbing and frying line from existing Formatic customers led to the launch of the EconoSystem. The EconoSystem achieves efficiencies at a fraction of the costs of the competition, producing a range of high quality savoury and snack food products.

Traymatic - automatic food forming & traying:
Mounting a modified Formatic machine over a moving bed allows the operator to set up any number of rows and columns to deposit directly on to trays further reducung labour and simplifying production.

Spreading machines:
To accommodate the increasing requirements of the sandwich manufacturer, emerged the Spreadmatic range of spreading machines. Providing automated spreading of products onto bread the Spreadmatics enable the sandwich producer to improve product quality whilst simultaneously increasing both efficiency and profits. The Spreadmatics are easily linked to our custom made conveyor lines, designed to streamline production and reduce production times in a multitude of food processing plants.

Sandwich and Shuttle conveyors:
Sandwich conveyors allow operator stations for decorating sandwiches on a continuous production basis. Usually a Spreadmatic auto-buttering machine will be mounted in line and supply the conveyor with a continuous supply of pre-buttered bread slices or rolls.

Shuttle conveyors (often called retract conveyors) allow the transfer of product from a narrow belt to a wider belt such as an oven, spiral freezer or coating & fry line. Shuttle conveyors can also be used to auto-tray products along with an appropriate indexing conveyor and tray de-nester.
